The Forrards Group was established in 2008 in the heat of the world financial crisis by a group of database experts that had previously worked for world famous companies such as DataArt, EPAM, and Microsoft. Up to that point, we had accumulated enough experience to start a business in the IT outsourcing area. Our specialization is implementing data-centric projects on top of SQL Server platforms. The difficult global economic situation, on one hand, could have been a reasonable factor for leaving our new company without any possibility of helping it grow. However, we approached the situation from a more positive perspective. We decided that if we could hold out during the initial rough year, the company would quickly grow. To our surprise, this growth occurred rather quickly due to the fact that companies we worked in had a hard time retaining contracts. Thus customers were leaving, and staffs were shortened.
