Horton Group & It's Owner Ned Horton are fraud

We had worked as a partner with Power-Marketing.com over 10 years and few months back Hortongroup.com bought this company over and asked us to stop work on all client campaign (12+ accounts) with a promise that they'll pay the outstanding balance of last month's work. It's been more than 4 months now and ever after tens of reminders sent they still haven't paid our outstanding balance of US$5500. Please do not work with Hortongroup.com or their partner company Jlbworks.com or the owner Ned Horton or Ken Royer, all of them are cheats and absolute fraud.
