He’s really knowledgeable about the changes through the years in this industry, and I feel like he’s in tune with what’s going on today also. Alan has tons of knowledge about penalties, issues, and what can cause problems. He’s pretty sound in his method, and he knows what he’s talking about. So, I would just say to trust his judgment, and test all his strategies to find out which one works for you. There are very few people that have been around as long as he has, and that’s worth considering when hiring someone.
