RNO1 designed and updated an existing Squarespace website for an architecture design firm. The website provided buying information for users, and RNO1 helped with establishing a stronger online presence. I liked the look and feel of the work ... but most importantly, I liked the people with whom I was connected. The redesigned website has received plenty of positive feedback from users, as well as from people within the client’s design network. RNO1 provided reassurance by establishing a solid relationship with the client before the work began, which laid the foundation for a successful partnership. We didn't do a lot of recasting of traffic tools, but we have received a lot of positive feedback from people in our network. If I'm being honest, I think the project was a little slow. But, I understand the creative process, and in the end, I was satisfied with how we brought everything together. My business is very relationship-based, and that’s how I engaged with this process. The personalities behind this effort were as important to me as anything else.
