DIGITECH was easy to work with, and they were incredibly responsive when we had issues or questions. DIGITECH upgraded the business’ web presence, delivering an easy-to-use, modern, and streamlined website whose design aligned with the internal brand. Not only did they provide technical support, but they also made sure that the stakeholders were on the same page. They were responsive and flexible. DIGITECH did a really good job of taking the new brand that we had created and applying it to the web. Our old websites were looking pretty outdated, so one of our main goals as a technology company was to liven things up and have a more modern and efficient website that was easy to use. Our old website was really hard to navigate and it was difficult to find what you were looking for. The team did a great job of helping us simplify and streamline certain elements. They also made sure that the design was in line with what we were doing internally with all of our assets. For myself as a creative director, what was helpful was that DIGITECH assisted me with navigating my stakeholders throughout my organization. When I was facing pushback, they helped me deal with those situations, which was great. They used a piece of communication software where we put all of our feedback. All of the tools they used were easy to use and they walked us through them. If we were having trouble navigating certain things, Jake would sit down and put together a video for us so we could look at it in our own time. DIGITECH was easy to work with, and they were incredibly responsive when we had issues or questions. They did great in that department. The team was very flexible and did a great job of helping us to get everybody on the same page. Additionally, the design itself was phenomenal. I really loved the different interactive touches that they put on the website. They made it look very modern without it being too bulky. DIGITECH did a good job all around.

DIGITECH led rebranding efforts, assisting a recently merged company to create one cohesive web presence. The team designed and developed the website and organized and consolidated the content.

This isn’t really on them, but we had some timeline issues which meant that we had to figure out how the things that changed on our end would affect their work. Figuring out those expectations was a little complicated at times, but overall they handled it well.
