Secure Lock & Key genuinely saved my day when I found myself locked out of my home completely unexpectedly on a Tuesday morning. I had searched online for a trustworthy locksmith and their name kept coming up with excellent reviews. Called them immediately and was pleasantly surprised by how calm and helpful the person on the phone was. Technician arrived faster than expected, looked extremely professional and tackled the job with great confidence and skill. Not a single scratch or mark was left anywhere on my door or lock. The quote given at the start was honoured completely at the end without any additions. He stayed a few extra minutes to walk me through some simple security improvements which was a really thoughtful touch. Secure Lock & Key are an absolute credit to their profession!

The best part was how quickly Secure Lock & Key responded to my emergency call on a busy weekday morning. I was completely locked out and feeling very stressed but they answered immediately and the technician arrived well within the estimated time. He was very smartly presented, incredibly professional and opened my door cleanly without leaving a single mark anywhere on the frame or lock. Genuinely outstanding service!

Honestly there is absolutely nothing I would change about my experience with Secure Lock & Key. Everything from the very first phone call right through to the completion of the job was handled with complete professionalism and genuine care. The pricing was quoted clearly upfront and remained exactly the same at the end with absolutely nothing extra added. A truly five star experience throughout!"
