Had a brilliant experience with Southbrook Locksmith after locking myself out of my home near Southbrook Road one cold evening. Called them feeling very stressed and the person who answered was immediately calm and reassuring. Technician arrived within just 20 minutes which genuinely surprised me. He was very smartly presented, very friendly and professional and got straight to work without any delay at all. Opened my door quickly and cleanly without leaving any marks anywhere on the door frame or lock. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what was charged at the end with absolutely nothing extra added on. He even gave me some really useful security advice before leaving which I appreciated very much. Southbrook Locksmith are without any doubt the finest and most reliable local locksmith service I have ever used and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone in the SE12 area without any hesitation!
