What a fantastic experience I had with Lock & Key Experts after locking myself out of my home one evening feeling very stressed and worried. Called them straight away and the person who answered was immediately warm, calm and wonderfully reassuring. Technician arrived within just 20 minutes which completely surprised me. He was very smartly presented, very polite and got straight to work without any delay whatsoever. Opened my door quickly and efficiently without leaving any marks anywhere on the door frame or lock mechanism. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what was charged at the end with nothing extra added on at all. Throughout the whole job he was friendly, professional and clearly very experienced in his work. He also gave me some really practical security advice before leaving which I found genuinely helpful. Lock & Key Experts are without any doubt the most reliable and professional locksmith service I have ever used and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to absolutely everyone!
