Aliva Psychotherapy offers weight management therapy, eating disorder treatment, and food addiction therapy in Toronto. Our CRPO-regulated Registered Psychotherapists bring lived experience — our founder permanently lost 100 pounds and overcame exercise bulimia. We treat binge eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, and compulsive overeating using CBT and addiction-based therapy. We support clients on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda, and Contrave, and those pre- or post-bariatric surgery. Results in 10–12 sessions. In-person at Danforth & Main, Toronto.
