The company is her brainchild – born out of necessity and purposely crafted to help small businesses attract the right attention on the Internet. In 2013, she was one of 20 women entrepreneurs recognized in the Elevate by Fairfield program and one of 25 African-American women chosen to travel to Africa to cross-pollinate business and technology practices with the Geeks Gone Global program.
