Overview

E/OU-MRM is a digital agency that creates meaningful connections between brands and people. From the beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to understand how the consumer thinks and to know his or her most human side: stories, wishes, expectations. But always supported by data and, mainly, by analyses and interpretations of that data.

 

These two visions - human and analytical - provide us with the insights needed in everyday life to determine behaviors and identify the best way to communicate at each moment of the consumer's journey.

 

But none of this would be enough if we were not constantly adapting. That's why we follow the evolution of technologies and use these new tools to our advantage, exploring the best of each one with creativity and strategy to provide unique experiences to consumers. Experiences that make sense, with real and relevant meanings for people.

 

We started in 2003 - as e|ou - under the leadership of partners Eduardo Rodrigues (CCO), Fábio Souza (CEO) and Eduardo Soutello (CSO), and in 2013 we joined the MRM//McCann agency network as part of McCann Worldgroup, a unit of the Interpublic Group (NYSE:IPG).
