Find Pharma Pros

Find Pharma Pros is an innovative online marketplace designed to simplify the way pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and clinical research organizations connect with highly qualified BiopPharma professionals. Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, our platform gives companies direct access to a network of verified consultants covering more than 15 specialties across the entire drug development lifecycle, including pre-clinical research, clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, manufacturing, medical affairs, commercialization, and beyond. Unlike traditional staffing agencies that rely on lengthy recruitment processes and significant markups, Find Pharma Pros enables organizations to browse consultant profiles, review expertise and availability, communicate directly, and establish contracts quickly through one secure platform. Our integrated tools for contracting, timesheet management, invoicing, and secure payments create a seamless hiring experience while reducing administrative complexity and overall labor costs. Independent consultants also benefit from greater transparency and control by setting their own rates, managing their own profiles, maintaining ownership of client relationships, and keeping the majority of every invoice through our low platform fee model. We eliminate unnecessary intermediaries, allowing businesses and consultants to collaborate more efficiently and build long-term professional relationships based on expertise and trust. Whether you're a growing biotech company seeking regulatory specialists, a pharmaceutical organization expanding development teams, or an experienced BioPharma consultant looking for direct opportunities, Find Pharma Pros provides a smarter, faster, and more cost-effective solution for sourcing expert talent, managing professional engagements, and supporting innovation throughout the life sciences industry. Our mission is to make high-quality BioPharma expertise more accessible while creating a transparent ecosystem that benefits both hiring organizations and independent consultants worldwide.
