The Idea Factory was started in April 1999 by Jan Scarborough. It has since grown into a full service agency, winning several awards including the New York Times Award of Excellence, numerous Ad Federation Addy Awards and IABC Bronze Quill awards. All of these awards reflect The Idea Factory’s goals for creative excellence, high standards, and tireless work ethic.
