We chose it because it captures exactly how we want to run a sushi bar: honest fish, honest prices, and genuine care in every single plate that rolls down the belt. Makoto Revolving Sushi Bar and Tea opened on Hylan Boulevard to give Staten Island a sushi experience that is fresh, fun and refreshingly unpretentious — a place where a quick solo lunch and a lively family dinner are equally at home.
