Several yoga schools in Rishikesh offer scholarship-based or donation-based yoga teacher training courses for aspiring teachers. This initiative helps students who have a passion for yoga but limited financial resources. Participants learn traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology. These free or low-cost yoga TTCs encourage seva (selfless service), where students may volunteer at the ashram in exchange for their training.
