Our Story: Bay Area Sign Making Since 1984 Welcome to the premier sign company in San Francisco, where creativity and craftsmanship unite to create custom signs that help businesses stand out. My name is Tom Taylor, and I manage both the San Francisco and Berkeley locations of our family-owned sign-making business. Along with my brother Tim, who runs Concord Signs & Banners, we have been designing and crafting custom signs for over 35 years. Our journey in sign-making didn’t begin with a focus on business signage. Back in the 1970s, Tim and I started as teenagers painting holiday window displays for local shops. This experience sparked our love for sign-making, which eventually became our full-time profession by the early 1980s. Today, we specialize in a wide range of services, from hand-painted murals and custom vinyl banners to vehicle graphics. What sets us apart is our commitment to detailed, hand-painted work—something that is increasingly rare in today’s market.
