Touch Media was founded in 2004 by Angheliu Alexandru as a designer and sole employee :). We continued shyly until 2006 when we decided to enter the market of web development in Constanta, a totally immature market, but increasingly higher demands. 2006 was the time when the companies started investing in websites.
