FMBM), who has been arranging home loans for Western Australians since 2000. Instead of offering one bank's products, we compare options across a panel of more than 30 banks, credit unions and non-bank lenders to find a loan that suits your income, goals and timeline. Andy explains every document in plain English, manages the application and keeps you updated through to settlement. Meetings run by phone or video, or in person if you prefer, and many clients come back to us for their next purchase, refinance or investment property. For most home loans there is no fee to you, because the lender pays the broker once the loan settles. If a fee would ever apply, Andy will tell you in writing before you commit.
