The team is very good at answering any questions I’ve got and explains everything nicely. On the technical side, they understood what I wanted. The team was available, willing to listen and be patient with me when I took the time to get the requirements. Overall, they’re good at what they do. It was relatively smooth. I provided feedback a few times and they were able to turn it around by the next morning. Aside from that, there wasn’t a lot that needed to be managed throughout this project. I like their passion for the project. They’re always excited and engaged when we talk. As a business owner that’s not technical, it’s nice to be validated by people; it’s great seeing this project moving from an idea into actuality, and it’s all working out according to what I wanted.
