No Accountability

At the start, they seemed professional, but after a slow few months for which I had paid full retainer- they kept promising to provide an accounting of services and to refund me for unused costly charges. They did not keep their word. They will not provide accountings. I also had a new contractor every few weeks as their turnover is very high.

Best part of the experience?

At the start, they seemed professional, but after a slow few months for which I had paid full retainer- they kept promising to provide an accounting of services and to refund me for unused costly charges. They did not keep their word. They will not provide accountings. I also had a new contractor every few weeks as their turnover is very high. 

Change about the experience?

I also paid them over a month ago to do a simple graphic design project, and it never got done, nor will they refund my money.
