The best part was how quickly Pro Lock & Key arrived when I was locked out of my home late in the evening. Technician came within 20 minutes, was very professional and friendly and opened my door without any damage at all. Pricing was completely honest with nothing extra added at the end. Honestly there is nothing at all I would change about my experience with Pro Lock & Key. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally from the very first phone call right through to the end of the job. Completely transparent pricing and outstanding workmanship throughout. I had a wonderful experience with Pro Lock & Key after locking myself out of my home one evening. Called them feeling quite worried and the person who answered was very calm and reassuring straight away. Technician arrived within just 20 minutes which really surprised me. He was very smartly presented, very friendly and got straight to work without any delay. Opened my door quickly and cleanly without leaving any marks anywhere on the frame or lock. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what was charged at the end with nothing extra added at all. He even gave me some helpful security advice before leaving which I found very useful. Pro Lock & Key are without any doubt the most professional and reliable locksmith service I have ever used and I would happily recommend them to absolutely everyone!
