Web Redesign for SaaS Development Company

DIGITECH improved not only the client's website but also its load speed. They incorporated many call-to-action features that increased traffic on their demo pages, as well. The team was very personable and responsive while showing willingness to work with many changes along the way. We loved how the new website looks and feels and the speed it loads. They brought in some great layout ideas, graphics, and interactive video on our pages. The also incorporated a lot of CTA to drive traffic to our demo page which is the main item we needed to convert to demos. The VP/Creative Director was very personable and always provide detail on what they needed along the process of building out the new website. He was always super responsive and willing to jump on a quick Zoom meeting when needed. We really enjoyed the line of communication especially when we lost our marketing person that caused delays in moving things forward from our end. They also were willing to work with us as some items got changed along the way after we approved a version of certain pages. Overall our experience felt like a partnership.

DIGITECH was hired to redesign a SaaS development company's website. The platform is expected to promote their new software product and product offering. They brought in some great layout ideas, graphics, and interactive video on our pages.

Change about the experience?

I think the work for copy needed from us could of been presented differently and the work it would entail. They did offer to bring in a copy writer for us but we were worried about the time it would and that copy writer not being close enough to our software.

They were really flexible with our timeline. Relevant metrics were muddied by the previous site, but user feedback on the site has been overwhelmingly positive. Employees and brokers alike have been impressed with the site’s updated feel and functionality. DIGITECH communicated proactively and made project management easy. The previous website wasn’t modern and our information architecture was pretty bad as well. Now, website visitors are impressed with our new site's information and look. This is helpful to me in particular, as a high-quality website can help attract candidates interested in marketing and sales positions. Our key audience has also appreciated how interactive and informational the new site is. DIGITECH’s dedication to outlining our buyer personas on the new site has made a huge difference for us. They did pretty well. I can be a little picky, but once we understood how to communicate with each other everything went pretty smoothly. They made project management as easy as possible. They provided frequent updates on their progress and checked in with me regularly, even when the project was paused. They were really flexible with our timeline.

The team is dedicated to making sure that we’re satisfied and happy. DIGITECH’s efforts are sure to attract potential clients, and the website has already helped to streamline internal processes. They are incredibly proactive and transparent in their project management, making for a seamless process, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is noteworthy. We’re not live yet, but we know that it’s going to be easier for new clients to get in touch with us and take the call to action (CTA). It’s going to improve our sales process and other places where we had inefficiencies. It’s taken a lot of work off my plate. Once we go live, when clients who are referred to us see our website, they’re going to feel more comfortable coming to us versus with our original website. I believe that we’re going to see more traffic. DIGITECH is awesome. They use this flow map technology, and Jake is always on the ball. He lets us know when we need to do certain things. He’s clear on what needs to be done, so the process has given us time to think about which clients we want. When I need something, they’re on it. What sets them apart is their personal client experience. They’re not a huge corporation that puts us at the back of their pipeline. They make us feel like we’re at the center of their business. The company appreciated the patience with the company's internal workflow. Though they wished that the team could improve their communication, as there were times contact was challenging. We are happy with the look and functionality of the website. I appreciate their patience with us and our approval process--we are an exacting company that moves cautiously. Digitech team communicates best via email. I was the primary point of contact for most things and mainly communicating with their VP. Our Co-CEO was also included in conversations and approvals as necessary. Their heart really seems to be in SEO. Impressive portfolio of other companies they had worked with.

Communication was the major area for improvement. Reaching people via phone was challenging. Also, given the scale of the project, it was difficult to get everything down in writing and then to keep track of all of those notes. Discrepancies between our requests and work product result were a challenge throughout--and I acknowledge that is a shared burden of responsibility.
