Everyone on the CINDER team has worked full-time 'corporate' jobs. At some point, we all came to the realization that it just wasn't for us. That wasn't necessarily because of the product or the work, it was because of the culture. We took a good hard look at ourselves and decided that in order to be happy we needed to do what we love on our own terms.
