Gypsy Rose Tattoo opened its doors in July of 2010 in Jacksonville,
North Carolina. Located in the Jacksonville Mall in Onslow County,
Gypsy Rose is the first tattoo shop to open in a mall in the entire state.
The shop offers custom tattoos and piercings, and is owned and operated by Jamee Melvin,
who has been tattooing professionally since 2005.
