The Law Offices of Amy Whinery Osborne PC opened in July of 2003 and has offered estate planning (including wills, trusts, powers of attorney), special needs planning, business services and uncontested family law (name change, stepparent adoption, legitimation, uncontested divorce) since that time. We added medicaid applications, spend down assistance, asset protection planning, tax planning, business succession planning, guardianship and probate, estate and trust administration over the years. The firm has 3 attorneys and 6 staff members. Appointments are offered in two physical locations, along with virtual sessions.
