Buying a home is one of the biggest investments of your life. And you are literally giving away your life’s savings if you are unaware of what exactly you are buying. Your property hunt is finally over, and you have found a home that checks all the boxes. But before you sign the dotted line, order a standard home inspection to make sure everything about the home is as good as it seems on the surface. My standard home inspection covers the foundation, floors, ceilings, roof, attic, HVAC, electrical and plumbing system. I will document my findings in a detailed inspection report along with colour photographs that will be emailed to you at the earliest.
