VELOX Media provides ongoing organic and paid SEO strategy and support to a lighting manufacture and retail company. They provided some site restructuring but focused on off-site link building efforts. Their level of effectiveness is not one that you find among very many outsourcing agencies in this industry.

I really can’t think of anything they could improve off the top of my head.
As a result of the project, company traffic and revenue doubled across both paid and organic channels, completely exceeding project stakeholder expectations for the work. VELOX Media’s team is organized, communicative, and smart, explaining the reasons behind their decisions and pushing for them. They’ve done an excellent job on both SEO and the paid search side for us. We’ve more than doubled our revenue across the two, which was a huge turnaround from previous years of continuously dropping returns. Now, we’ve seen not only the initial return but also that both sides are continuing to move in a positive direction. Their team does a really good job of pushing us when we weren’t getting stuff done in a timely manner. I haven’t had any issues with under-delivering, and they provide regular reports that allow us to stay up to date and talk through all of the analytics. We have weekly calls to discuss what happened in the last week and how we might be making any changes going forward, which I find incredibly productive and helpful for my peace of mind as well as the project. They’re very smart about figuring out what we should do and explaining why that needs to be done. Our internal team has occasionally overlooked things that they then pushed us towards and turned out to be great decisions, so we have been very pleased with the overall quality of their recommendations.
