Your vacation starts with a telephone consultation. We will discuss your travel style, destination, dates, budget, party size and any additional requests you may have.
Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for the consultation. While the consult is complimentary, we do require a planning retainer to begin work. These rates typically begin at $150 for cruises and $350 for custom land-based itineraries and adjust based on party size, destination, length and complexity of the request. This planning fee is non-refundable and covers the time and resources to begin planning your trip itinerary and coordination with our overseas team.
