I have a suggestion. We might’ve saved a little bit more time if they asked me more questions about the content. Their team almost guessed what I would be happy with, and then after I viewed it, I would critique it. Perhaps, it would’ve been quicker in hindsight if they asked me about those details upfront and use that as a basis.

GLO was hired by a fuel storage and handling equipment company to design and develop their e-commerce website. The team is also focusing on SEO, PPC, and Google Shopping. They used WordPress.

They could improve on the price, but we got what we paid for.
Overall Feedback:
I highly recommend GLO. Though the website recently launched, it’s too early to tell its impact. However, internal stakeholders are pleased with the quality of GLO’s services, noting the high-quality design and ease of use of the site. Their collaboration, customer service, and professionalism set them apart. It’s difficult to give any idea of the impact. Though it’s been launched since December, we’ve had the whole Christmas period here until the 4th of January, and things are quiet during the holiday season. However, the website looks great. For the design, we discussed different layouts and I’m very happy with the final result. It works well. Customers are only 2 or 3 clicks away from what they’re looking for. I sent a link to a demo site so I could see the work in progress as work continued on the site. We had three to four Zoom calls in that time. The workflow went very well. Initially, when I did the search what made me contact them is the Google reviews were very good. I did a lot of research before choosing them and it was all based on online reviews.

GLO has a really good understanding of their clients. Internal stakeholders are pleased with GLO’s services, which have landed them a number two spot on Google. Their work on the landing page exceeded expectations, as did their organized and prompt project management skills. Customers can expect a successful partnership. GLO’s SEO services got me up to number two on Google in my local area for organic search results. I’m definitely happy. They did a good job finding the right keywords for my niche and getting me up to the top of Google within a really short period of time. That was impressive. In general, the landing page was done really fast and there were no problems. I remember a few months later, there was a WordPress update that created some issues on my page, and they could fix that for me as well. I would definitely recommend working with GLO. I didn’t find any issues. Communication was clear and prompt. I could reach the team by phone or email, and I always got an answer really quickly. My requests were done as soon as I asked them. GLO has a really good understanding of their clients. I find that a lot of businesses just tell you a lot of big words and don’t really perform, whereas GLO did exactly what they said they would do.

They deliver what they say they’re going to deliver. Feedback on the new website that GLO - Generate Leads Online built has been positive. The team was responsive and efficient in their work, even without having strict deadlines set. Their project management is excellent. I’ve gotten really good feedback from friends and family. I think the website looks really smart. They were amazing. We mostly communicate through phone, email, and WhatsApp. We can also meet in person if we want. We didn’t have any strict deadlines, but there was never a problem with delivery. There was never a point where I didn’t feel like they were on the ball. Their efficiency and responsiveness are impressive. They deliver what they say they’re going to deliver. It’s a very professional company.

They’re just genuine people and that goes a long way in business. The work and ongoing support have helped the business see growth in their SEO and lead generation efforts. GLO - Generate Leads Online is very straightforward, honest, and transparent. Their team culture and open communication make for a productive, clear workflow. We’ve had a significant increase in our SEO; we’ve been really pleased by how they’ve turned our brief around. We’ve more than made back what we’ve spent. Mark and John were fantastic in explaining that we can review the efforts and show us how much money we’re putting in and the jobs we’re getting back out. So far, so good. The phone hasn’t stopped ringing so that has been really positive. They are really genuine and lovely people who have really helped us. We are really, really grateful to them. We use WhatsApp for a four-way conversation between Mark, John, my husband, and myself so we all have the updates. One of their best qualities is communication and they won’t do anything unless they have checked with us first. They’re great at issuing invoices, so when they are paid, I get the paperwork, which is really important to me because I take care of the bookkeeping. I think they have their practices and communication off to a tee which is needed when working with another business. I can’t fault them really because they explain what they’re going to do before doing it. They break it down and explain where the money goes and show us ideal perceptions. They show us examples of different companies and their spending amounts and reductions. They’re just genuine people and that goes a long way in business. Instead of dealing with salespeople or people with an air of arrogance about themselves, I’d rather just sit down and have a coffee and talk it through, which GLO does perfectly. They are a genuine, nice group.

A very minor criticism would be having more after-care, as well as interpreting some of the analytics results, but I know they’re busy so it makes sense. Also, it might not make sense for them to interpret my SEO analytics at such an early phase since it takes a while to see results.
Overall Feedback:
The team was available, willing to listen, and be patient with me. GLO - Generate Leads Online’s work has met the mark. The team is efficient, organized, and delivers excellent value for its cost. Customers can expect an invested team that goes the extra mile to deliver high-quality service. The SEO, as expected, takes time to show results. The team is very good at answering any questions I’ve got and explains everything nicely. On the technical side, they understood what I wanted. The team was available, willing to listen and be patient with me when I took the time to get the requirements. Overall, they’re good at what they do. It was relatively smooth. I provided feedback a few times and they were able to turn it around by the next morning. Aside from that, there wasn’t a lot that needed to be managed throughout this project. I like their passion for the project. They’re always excited and engaged when we talk. As a business owner that’s not technical, it’s nice to be validated by people; it’s great seeing this project moving from an idea into actuality, and it’s all working out according to what I wanted.
